Is there any particular health health issue or category you are interested in? I think that doing exercises and meditations related to body meridians is really key to being healthy. Also good for concentration and emotional stability. May sound a little far fetched to some, but the physical body holds the effects of the mind. But the effects can be remedied through Yogic meditations and even Hypnosis. Just throwing it out there.
