Water drinking habits are misunderstood in western culture. If you are not thirsty there is no need to drink water. If you are thirsty you should drink water within 20 to 30 minutes. When you drink water your body takes what it needs and then shunts the rest. If you sip water continually through the day your body gets confused and takes on too much water. Carrying around a water bottle could be bad for your health. This you will not learn from water bottling companies.
Your body is 76 percent water so you should eat foods that are high in water content such as fruits and vegetables. Cooked Meat and bread have very low water content so when you eat bread and meat you will have serious issues. I’m telling you, and doctors may disagree but they will come to their senses in whatever time it takes, 10 to 20 years maybe. If you all eat more high water content foods 50 percent of the cardio problems will go away from the world. One reason that people are dying of heart attacks is they are eating low content foods. What was traditional food and diet has dramatically been changed by commercial advertisers that tell you what to eat.
